These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nclexprepro.com and the NCLEX PrePro service (the "Service"), operated by American Thrives LLC, located at 790 N. Milwaukee Street, Suite 300, Milwaukee, WI 53202 ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
NCLEX PrePro is an independent test-preparation resource. Our questions are modeled after the NCLEX-RN® exam format for study purposes only. NCLEX® is a registered trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN®). NCLEX PrePro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCSBN. Our content does not reproduce actual exam questions and is intended solely as practice material.
Access to full content is tied to the email address you provide at purchase. You are responsible for keeping your access link and account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Access is granted for your personal, individual use and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. Promotional or director-access codes are provided at our discretion, are non-transferable, may be limited in time or scope, and may be revoked if used outside their intended purpose or in a manner that abuses the Service.
Full access is a one-time payment of $29 and provides 30 days of access from your purchase date. There is no subscription and no recurring or automatic charge. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details.
Because the Service delivers immediate access to digital study content, purchases are generally non-refundable. In place of a monetary refund, our Pass Guarantee provides an additional 30 days of access at no charge if you have completed at least 70% of the question bank and do not pass your first NCLEX attempt while your access is active. You may also try a limited set of free sample questions before purchasing. Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation right you may have under applicable law.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, educational purposes and not to:
All content on the Service — including questions, answer choices, rationales, case studies, reference materials, text, graphics, and software — is owned by American Thrives LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own personal NCLEX preparation during your access period. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.
The Service is provided for exam-preparation purposes only. It is not medical, nursing, clinical, legal, or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon for patient care or clinical decision-making. We do not guarantee any particular exam score, licensure outcome, or result. Passing depends on many factors outside our control, and use of the Service does not guarantee that you will pass the NCLEX or any other examination.
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific content, at any time. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime, maintenance, and third-party outages may temporarily affect access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Thrives LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for access during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
