NCLEX PrePro ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by American Thrives LLC, located at 790 N. Milwaukee Street, Suite 300, Milwaukee, WI 53202. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use nclexprepro.com.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Email address — required to create your account and send your access link.
• Name — optional, used to personalize emails.
• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Information collected automatically:

• Quiz answers and scores (stored to track your progress)
• Approximate usage times (when you started/completed a quiz)
• Basic analytics events (page views, feature usage) — no personal identifiers attached

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your access account
• To send your access link and any requested resend emails
• To send platform emails (quiz results, expiry reminders, product updates)
• To process your payment via Stripe
• To improve the platform based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

3. Email Communications

By providing your email address, you agree to receive:

• Your access link and account-related emails (transactional — required for service)
• Quiz result summaries and study reminders
• Platform updates and NCLEX news (you can unsubscribe anytime)

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, reply "unsubscribe" to any email or contact support@nclexprepro.com. Transactional emails (access links, payment receipts) cannot be unsubscribed as they are required for service.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with the following service providers, strictly for operating the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Resend — email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
• Railway — cloud hosting (railway.app/privacy)

5. Data Retention

Your account data (email, quiz history, scores) is retained for 12 months after your last access, then deleted. Payment records are retained as required by law. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@nclexprepro.com.

6. Security

Your data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Access is protected by token-based authentication. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email support@nclexprepro.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

NCLEX PrePro is intended for nursing students and healthcare professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
